1. Scope of Services
Zelix Voltaic provides professional solar energy engineering, procurement, installation, and net metering coordination services across Pakistan.
- Estimates & Designs: Any initial estimates, system sizing proposals, or ROI projections provided via our website or digital communication are preliminary. Final system design, equipment selection, and pricing are subject to a physical on-site survey and engineering analysis by our certified team.
- Feasibility: We reserve the right to decline project execution if our physical site audit reveals structural instability, unsafe electrical infrastructure, or persistent shading that compromises system safety or performance.
2. Site Readiness & Client Obligations
To ensure a secure and high-precision installation, the client agrees to:
- Provide our engineering team with safe, unobstructed access to the designated installation site (roof, ground-mount area) and electrical distribution boards.
- Ensure the structure/roof is capable of carrying the weight of the mounting frames and solar panels. Any structural reinforcement required prior to installation is the financial responsibility of the client.
- Provide a secure area on-site for the temporary storage of solar panels, inverters, and mounting equipment during the installation phase.
3. Net Metering & Regulatory Approvals
- While Zelix Voltaic manages the end-to-end documentation, filing, and coordination process for your Net Metering application with the respective Power Distribution Company (e.g., LESCO, GEPCO, FESCO, K-Electric, etc.), the final approval and timeline are subject to regulatory processing, grid capacity, and state policies.
- We are not liable for operational delays caused by utility companies or national regulatory amendments concerning feed-in tariffs or export limits.
4. Payment Terms & Ownership
- Milestone Payments: Project payments are structured around milestones (e.g., booking advance, equipment delivery, completion of structure, commissioning), which will be clearly detailed in your specific engineering contract.
- Retention of Ownership: All equipment (panels, inverters, structures, wiring) remains the legal property of Zelix Voltaic until the complete contractual amount is paid in full by the client.
5. Warranties & Limitations of Liability
- Manufacturer Warranties: Warranties for solar panels (typically 25-year linear performance) and inverters (typically 5 to 10 years) are provided directly by the respective manufacturers. Zelix Voltaic will assist clients in processing legitimate warranty claims with these manufacturers.
- Workmanship: We provide a dedicated workmanship warranty covering our mounting structures and electrical connections, as specified in your individual project contract.
- Exclusions: Our warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, extreme storms), grid voltage fluctuations beyond equipment specs, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized third-party modifications to the system.
6. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content, design assets, brand names, logos, graphics, and technical copy on zelixvoltaic.com are the intellectual property of Zelix Voltaic. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of this material is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
